Responsibilities:

SkyePoint is seeking a highly motivated and eager individual to fill the role of a Wireless Specialist supporting the Department of State (DOS).</div><div></div><div><b><br>
This is an onsite position based in Washington, D.C. This position is a day shift </b><b>Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.</b></div><div></div><div><br>
This is a wireless provisioning position in support of the Department of State (DoS) Vanguard Program, Customer Care and Support (CCS), Mobile Operations Division. The Wireless Provisioning Specialist is responsible for service activations/reactivations, communication with distribution channels and DoS customers, and ensures all data is available for prompt and accurate entry in accordance with company/agency standards and rate plan/ multi-user plan requirements.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to work within a multi-vendor/carrier environment.</li><li>
Perform telecom account maintenance functions including features, equipment, rate plans, address changes, as well as referral credits. To perform maintenance, candidate must be knowledgeable of all products, promotions, and services.</li><li>
Perform other business support tasks as needed.</li><li>
Process wireless device orders via Telecommunications Service Requests (TSR) or Ariba; notify, provide status, and coordinate wireless device receipts with Bureau POCs.</li><li>
Monitor porting system queues and complete all porting requests; customer and/or service provider, to complete orders. Advise customer when orders are complete.</li><li>
Follow up on returned equipment, deactivated accounts, and bill contract penalties with ported out customers.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve customer system setup issues; escalate to Wireless manager if unable to resolve issues.</li><li>
Document issues in ServiceNow, providing details, updates, and specific steps taken to resolve the issues.
</li><li>Create and maintains instructions for account setups, existing account maintenance, and system information.</li><li>
Continually enhance knowledge of products, services, rate plans, and features.</li><li>
Perform additional related duties as requested or required, including but not limited to: account reconciliations and system reconciliations.</li></ul><div><b>
Additional Duties may include:</b></div><ul><li>
Device Activations and Re-Activations.</li><li>
Remote access enrollments.</li><li>
Ticket escalations to Systems Team or engineers.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
AA degree in related technical discipline with 5+ years or more of experience.</li><li>
Experience working within a multi-vendor/carrier environment.
</li><li>2-3 years&rsquo; experience in a customer service role.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of wireless mobile device equipment (Android, iOS).
</li><li>Excellence communication and writing skills.
</li><li>Excellence in providing and following up on customer requirements.</li><li>
Must be able to work onsite Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.</li><li>
Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Cellular order processing, credit evaluation experience, number porting, cellular switch experience, paging, voicemail and database knowledge a plus.</li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000</div><div>

SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Messaging Center Analyst to support 24/7 operations in a large federal government agency&rsquo;s Operations Center.</div><div><br>
</div><div><b>This is a onsite position based in Washington, D.C. at a secure government location. This will be an Mid</b><b> Shift, Mon - Fri from 11:00PM to 7:30AM with approximately 1 weekend a month and holiday rotations.</b></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Perform as a messaging and communications center analyst in a 24/7/365 Operations Center to ensure critical messages are transmitted and received per standard operating procedures and delivered to recipients.</li><li>
Conducts regularly scheduled maintenance procedures, i.e. backups, updates and downloading processes for the various DT systems.</li><li>
Monitor, troubleshoot, perform recovery and maintenance activities on complex messaging platforms.</li><li>
Support ATO requirements, i.e. (System Security Plan (SSP), Incident Response, Contingency Plan, Control and Origination Statements, STIG configurations).</li><li>
Perform periodic system and network health checks per SOP.</li><li>
Update and maintain shift logs, recording and detailing events.</li><li>
Participate in shift turn-over activities.</li><li>
Escalate issues to technical resources and other stakeholders expediently and monitor the status of all open trouble tickets.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelors and 5+ years of experience; or equivalent experience without a degree.</li><li>
Must be able to work onsite and support shift work.</li><li>
Reliability, detail oriented, and strong sense of work commitment to report to duty on time, as scheduled.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience installing, updating, and troubleshooting network systems and protocols.</li><li>
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Server and workstation operating systems, Adobe, Microsoft Office applications, i.e. (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Skills and experience installing, updating, and troubleshooting software applications on Microsoft operating systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of regulations, policies, practices, and procedures relative to information systems security.</li><li>
Familiarity with Federal Government computer system operations and processes to advise.</li><li>
Ability to follow Standard Operations Procedures and verbal direction.</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Self-motivation, professional demeanor and accountability.</li><li>
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills under high-pressure time sensitive environments.</li><li>
Must be a U.S. citizen.</li><li>
Must have an Active Top Secret clearance.</li></ul><div><b>

Previous experience working in commercial, government or military 24x7 messaging/comms centers.</li><li>
