This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys fieldwork, and wants to be part of a fast-growing startup.You will play a key role in identifying, meeting, and onboarding venues and service vendors to the Skyeone platform. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for explaining our value proposition, helping partners go live on the system, and ensuring their continued satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and approach potential venues and service vendors (e.g., decorators, caterers, DJs, photographers, etc.) to onboard them onto Skyeone.</li><li>Present and explain the Skyeone platform, showcasing its benefits and business opportunities for partners.</li><li>Facilitate end-to-end onboarding &mdash; including profile setup, document collection, and training vendors on using the app.</li><li>Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with onboarded partners.</li><li>Gather market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feedback from vendors to support product improvement.</li><li>Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding and revenue targets.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, tech, marketing) to resolve vendor issues and ensure smooth collaboration.</li><li>Represent Skyeone professionally in all interactions, acting as the brand&rsquo;s ambassador in the field.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, business development, or vendor onboarding (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.</li><li>Comfort with fieldwork, client visits, and building relationships face-to-face.</li><li>Tech-savvy with the ability to explain digital products clearly.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).</li></ul>Why Join Skyeone<ul><li>Be part of an exciting early-stage startup redefining the event planning industry.</li><li>Opportunity to grow rapidly with the company as we scale across cities.</li><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work culture.</li><li>Learn directly from the founders and leadership team.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Base Salary: As per industry standards.</li><li>Incentives: Attractive performance-based commissions for each successful onboarding and partner activation.</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re passionate about sales, enjoy meeting new people, and want to make an impact in the event-tech industry, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
