Skyline Art is seeking a Senior Art Consultant to lead the conception and delivery of sophisticated, largescale art programs for healthcare, corporate, and higher education environments. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines strong creative vision with exceptional client facing and leadership skills.The Senior Art Consultant will serve as a primary client contact, manage complex projects, and mentor team members while ensuring the successful execution of art programs from concept through installation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design and development of comprehensive art programs for high-profile projects</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to senior level and executive clients, confidently presenting concepts, strategies, and recommendations</li><li>Manage all phases of projects, including planning, execution, and closeout</li><li>Oversee budgets, schedules, consultants, artists, and vendors</li><li>Review and interpret construction documents to ensure art integration aligns with architectural intent</li><li>Collaborate with internal production, graphics, framing, and installation teams</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff</li><li>Represent Skyline Art at client meetings, presentations, and industry events</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>5+ years of experience in the interior design and/or fine arts industry</li><li>Proven experience managing complex, multiphase projects</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>High level of comfort presenting to senior leadership and executive level clients</li><li>Strong client relationship management and strategic problem solving skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Passion, curiosity, and depth of knowledge in art and design</li></ul>Technical Proficiency<ul><li>Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</li><li>Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li><li>Bluebeam Revu</li><li>Autodesk AutoCAD</li><li>SketchUp</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>BS, BA, or BFA in Architecture, Interior Design, or Fine Arts</li><li>Strong understanding of construction documents, including:</li><li>Elevations</li><li>RCPs</li><li>MEPs</li><li>Finish plans and schedules</li><li>Ability to interpret and visualize spaces three dimensionally from drawings</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp</li><li>Experience leading projects with minimal supervision</li></ul>Additional Expectations<ul><li>Polished professional presence with strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Active interest in the local and national art &amp; design community</li><li>Willingness to attend industry events and related activities</li><li>Some domestic travel required (approximately 25% preferred)</li></ul>About Skyline ArtSkyline Art creates innovative, site responsive art solutions that meaningfully enhance our clients&rsquo; environments.
