Job Overview Skyline Estates is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support while ensuring a welcoming environment for ALL. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our community, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience.*Job offer contingent off of a successful background check, physical exam, T/B test, and drug screening*Schedule: Saturday &amp; Sunday 8am-6pmResponsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome Residents and guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.</li><li>Conduct tours as needed up to and including organizing move-in and move-outs.</li><li>Provide information about our community to walk-ins, potential, and current residents.</li><li>Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>Maintain organized records of residents including rosters, nametags/ name plates, memos, etc.</li><li>Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.</li><li>Maintaining office supplies and assisting with ordering.</li><li>Ability to remain diplomatic as challenges arise.</li><li>As this role is a part of the Administrative team, we are seeking someone who will uphold a professional and friendly demeanor while complying with all rules and policies in place with the company as well as the State of Nevada.
