We are looking for an experienced GRC Consultant with strong expertise in Risk Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance (GRC) frameworks. The ideal candidate should have 5&ndash;10 years of relevant experience, preferably with KSA-based clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage risk management frameworks aligned with international standards (ISO 31000, COSO, etc.)</li><li>Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) initiatives, ensuring organizational resilience.</li><li>Support organizations in establishing and improving Governance, Risk &amp; Compliance (GRC) policies and frameworks.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, impact analyses, and compliance audits.</li><li>Provide consultation and training to clients on risk mitigation strategies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with KSA regulatory requirements and international best practices.</li></ul>Project Overview<ul><li>Engagement: Strengthening governance, risk, compliance, and business continuity practices</li><li>Resource Requirement: Dedicated GRC Consultant - Preferred to be a ERM and BCM qualified and experienced - Governance and Compliance experience is a plus (1 resource)</li><li>Mode of Work: Remote, with potential for occasional onsite engagements in Riyadh</li><li>Start Date: October or November 2025</li><li>Duration: 12 months (initial one-year engagement), subject to customer extension and renewal</li></ul>&#8288; Scope of Work<ul><li>The GRC Consultant will:</li><li>Work directly under the customer&rsquo;s GRC team.</li><li>Expedite deployment of the customer&rsquo;s GRC automation platform (requirements gathering, UAT, stakeholder engagement).</li><li>Support review and enhancement of governance frameworks, risk registers, compliance controls, and BCM plans.</li><li>Act as an ERM and BCM SME for the customer and carry out the tasks assigned by the customer</li><li>Conduct compliance and risk reviews, tracking mitigation plans.</li><li>Align GRC documentation across departments.</li><li>Coordinate with legal, audit, cybersecurity, and operations as necessary.</li><li>Contribute to GRC reporting and executive dashboards.</li><li>Promote GRC awareness and capability development across the organization.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Job Title: GRC Consultant (Risk Management, Business Continuity, + Governance &amp; Compliance)</li><li>Experience: 5&ndash;10 years in GRC/BCM roles, preferably with KSA-based clients</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, IT, or equivalent</li><li>Core Domain Expertise:</li></ul>1.
