Open to South Africa, Eastern Europe for exceptional candidates.Salary: Competitive &mdash; based on experience and technical depthReports To: FounderROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a highly technical, AI-native Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder to analyse, automate, and optimise business processes across all departments. You will identify where humans are doing work that AI agents can do better, build the automation, deploy it, and hand it to a single operator to manage. Your mandate: take a 5-person department and turn it into 1 person running AI workflows.
