We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Skyray Ventures. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with proven expertise in cold email automation, LinkedIn outreach automation, direct response copywriting, and full-funnel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded marketer who thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments and has hands-on experience with outbound and organic marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:1. Cold Email &amp; LinkedIn Automation<ul><li>Manage and execute cold email automation campaigns using tools such as Instantly, LemList, etc.</li><li>Scrape, filter, and validate leads from LinkedIn and other sources.</li><li>Set up and optimize multiple email accounts for outreach, ensuring deliverability and compliance best practices.</li><li>Automate LinkedIn outreach with multiple accounts via appropriate software/tools.</li><li>Build, monitor, and refine cold outreach SOPs and workflows.</li></ul>2. Client Acquisition &amp; Campaign Strategy<ul><li>Identify and refine ideal client avatars for campaigns.</li><li>Draft high-converting email copies and follow-up sequences.</li><li>Execute and manage IG outbound campaigns using multiple accounts (a strong plus).</li><li>Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.</li></ul>3. Copywriting &amp; Funnel Development<ul><li>Write direct-response copy for email campaigns, landing pages, VSLs, and sales funnels.</li><li>Develop and optimize full-funnel flows (opt-in pages, lead magnets, book-call pages, etc.).</li><li>Ensure all content aligns with conversion-focused marketing principles.</li></ul>4. Social Media &amp; Organic Marketing<ul><li>Create and execute organic marketing strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.</li><li>Ideate viral reels and content strategies, write scripts, and guide editing teams to maximize reach.</li><li>Manage content posting schedules, hashtags, and captions using scheduling tools.</li><li>Track performance and refine strategies for better organic growth.</li></ul>5.
