Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences and industries primed for engagement on Instagram and via email marketing.</li><li>Initiate outreach through Cold DMs on Instagram and cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads and effectively close deals for the business.</li><li>Craft compelling, personalized messages for both Instagram and email outreach that nurture conversations, build trust, and clearly communicate our value proposition.</li><li>Manage and optimize email outreach campaigns, including subject line testing, follow-ups, and response tracking.</li><li>Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.</li><li>Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, conversations, and pipeline progress using CRM or tracking tools.</li><li>Consistently meet and surpass weekly and monthly targets for conversations initiated, leads qualified, and deals closed.</li><li>Stay up to date with Instagram trends, platform updates, DM best practices, and evolving email outreach strategies to continuously improve performance.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields).</li><li>Proven or practical experience in cold email outreach, including writing persuasive email copy and managing follow-up sequences.</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram as a marketing platform, including direct messaging best practices and audience engagement strategies.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, personalized outreach messages.</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed lead generation and closing targets.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to effectively manage lead data and communication records.</li><li>Comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic digital marketing and sales</li></ul>About Us: We are a pioneering startup leading the charge in digital marketing, specializing in harnessing the power of Instagram for business growth. You will identify where humans are doing work that AI agents can do better, build the automation, deploy it, and hand it to a single operator to manage. Your mandate: take a 5-person department and turn it into 1 person running AI workflows.
