As our Marketing &amp; Social Media Assistant, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in growing brand awareness and engagement across multiple companies. You&rsquo;ll strategize, create, and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms &mdash; developing visuals and copy, scheduling posts, running ads, and tracking performance results. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure each brand&rsquo;s voice and vision shine through every campaign.

Compensation:
$18 hourly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
</li><li>Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
</li><li>Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers
</li><li>Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media</li>
<li>Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
</li><li>Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
</li><li>Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude</li>
<li>Expert in forward design concepts
</li></ul><ul><li>2+ years of experience in a marketing, ad agency, or creative brand environment (real estate or lifestyle industry experience a plus)</li><li>
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>
Strong understanding of branding, design, and social media strategy across multiple platforms</li><li>
Innovative mindset &mdash; open to fresh ideas, collaboration, and creative problem-solving</li><li>
Excellent communication and organization skills with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude</li><li>
Proficient with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools and comfortable working with forward-thinking visual concepts</li></ul>
