<div><div>Skyway Precision is seeking a talented Program Manager to oversee our innovative projects. The Program Manager is responsible for developing new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities while also overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers,</div>
<div></div><div><b>Primary Functions and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.</li>
<li>Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.</li>
<li>Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.</li>
<li>Communicate customer complaints/issues with appropriate department (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, etc.) and collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve any and all customer complaints/issues.</li>
<li>Support the quoting and launch phases of new business.</li>
<li>Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).</li>
<li>Frequent travel required.</li>
<li>Perform special assignments as delegated.</li>
<li>Support compliance with Skyway Precision&rsquo;s Quality Policies and Procedures.</li>
<li>Support ISO14001 / IATF16949 Continuous Improvement requirements.</li>

<ul><li>Strong Communication Skills &ndash; Written &amp; Verbal</li>
<li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.</li>
<li>Time Management</li>
<li>Operational Knowledge and Industry Expertise</li>
<li>Strong MS Office skills.</li>

<div></div><div><b>General Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent work experience in related field.</li>
<li>5 or more years of experience in Program Management within the production or manufacturing field.</li>
<li>5 or more years of industry specific knowledge/experience. (CNC Machining, Casting Processes, Engine Components).</li></ul></div>
