Job Title: Sales Consultant &ndash; Art &amp; Interior PartnershipsOverviewWe are seeking a Sales Consultant who can build, scale, and own a complete sales ecosystem around our premium art collections. This role requires a strategic, network-driven individual with strong PR relationships in the interior design, luxury real estate, and architecture sectors. You will play a key role in creating a high-performing sales engine supported by powerful partnerships and a scale able agent network.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign &amp; Own the Sales Process<ul><li>Build a full end-to-end sales funnel (prospecting &rarr; pitching &rarr; closing &rarr; after-sales) tailored for high-value art and interior sales.</li><li>Create structured SOPs, pitch flows, and deal-closing frameworks to ensure consistent conversions.</li></ul>Partnership Development<ul><li>Leverage existing PR and industry connections with interior designers, architectural firms, real estate developers, galleries, and luxury clients.</li><li>Develop long-term strategic partnerships to secure recurring sales pipelines.</li></ul>Agent Network Expansion<ul><li>Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a distributed network of art agents, interior consultants, realtors, and design partners.</li><li>Build a performance-driven ecosystem where agents actively promote, source, and close deals.</li></ul>Strategic Outreach &amp; Growth<ul><li>Launch partnership programs, affiliate structures, sales incentives, and collaboration models.</li><li>Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and networking events to drive continuous outreach.</li></ul>Market Intelligence<ul><li>Stay updated on design trends, luxury consumer behaviours, art movements, and competitor products.</li><li>Share insights to guide product, marketing, and sales strategy.</li></ul>Revenue Leadership<ul><li>Drive and exceed quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Build accurate forecasting, optimise conversion ratios, and track KPIs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in art sales, luxury product sales, or interior/real estate partnership roles.</li><li>Strong network of interior designers, architects, developers, and design agencies in the region.</li><li>Experience building and scaling agent networks, reseller models, or partnership ecosystems.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Deep understanding of luxury buyer psychology and high-value selling.</li><li>Ability to create structure, strategy, and processes independently.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience selling fine art, sculptures, limited editions, or luxury decor.</li><li>Background in PR, brand relations, or community building within design/real estate.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM systems, digital sales funnels, and influence/affiliate models.</li></ul>What This Role Delivers<ul><li>A fully functional, scaleable sales pipeline</li><li>A high-performing agent network across the region</li><li>Strong, revenue-generating partnerships with designers &amp; developers</li><li>Predictable and repeatable high-ticket revenue growth</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
