The Web &amp; Graphic Designer will lead the design and development of high-impact, visually engaging websites and digital content across multiple brands. This role combines strong creative design skills with hands-on web building experience, primarily using Squarespace, while collaborating closely with leadership and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance user experience.<br>

Key Responsibilities :</b></div><ul><li>
Lead the design and development of websites primarily on Squarespace (experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms is a plus).</li><li>
Translate brand strategies and creative concepts into intuitive, visually stunning web layouts that align with organizational goals.</li><li>
Develop responsive designs optimized for both desktop and mobile performance.</li><li>
Design and produce digital assets including web graphics, banners, marketing visuals, and social media collateral.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.</li><li>
Continuously evaluate and improve UX/UI through layout optimization, user feedback, and engagement analytics.</li><li>
Implement and maintain basic on-page SEO best practices to enhance visibility, traffic, and performance metrics.</li><li>
Manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously from concept and mockup through launch and performance review.</li><li>

Qualifications &amp; Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in web design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>
3+ years of professional experience in web and digital design.</li><li>
Expert-level proficiency in Squarespace (layout customization, block editing, custom CSS styling).</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or Canva preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>
Excellent eye for typography, color theory, and composition.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate design ideas and strategies.</li><li>
Experience implementing SEO fundamentals and understanding digital marketing workflows is a strong plus.</li><li>

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and ensure consistency across digital and print platforms. This role will oversee all marketing functions including creative design, web content, SEO, social media, and campaign analytics while collaborating with leadership and brand partners to deliver measurable results.<br>

Key Responsibilities Leadership &amp; Oversight:</b></div><ul><li>
Supervise and guide the Graphic Design, Web Design, and Social Media teams, ensuring cohesive branding, creative consistency, and timely project execution.</li><li>
Coordinate campaigns and creative deliverables across multiple SLA Worldwide brands.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with leadership on brand positioning, creative strategy, and promotional planning.</li><li>
Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning major campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>
Provide creative direction and feedback for design, web, and digital content initiatives.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Digital Marketing &amp; Web Strategy:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage all company and brand websites, ensuring optimized design, performance, and brand alignment.</li><li>
Oversee website analytics, SEO performance, and user engagement, using data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.</li><li>
Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tracking tools to monitor site traffic, conversions, and audience behavior.</li><li>
Partner with the Web &amp; Graphic Designer to ensure all sites are mobile responsive, SEO optimized, and visually compelling.</li><li>
Oversee implementation of on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, content optimization, and link strategies.</li><li>
Track digital KPIs and provide actionable reports to leadership on site and campaign performance.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Social Media &amp; Content Strategy:</b></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to align social strategies with overall marketing goals.</li><li>
Develop integrated campaigns that unify social, web, and print content.</li><li>

Branding &amp; Communications:
</b></div><ul><li>Maintain and evolve brand standards for SLA Worldwide and all affiliated entities.</li><li>
Ensure that marketing materials (print, digital, presentations, etc.) reflect consistent storytelling and brand excellence.</li><li>
Support PR, partnerships, and community initiatives through aligned marketing and communication efforts.</li><li>
Manage marketing vendors, freelancers, and external agencies as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Analytics &amp; Performance Reporting:</b></div><ul><li>
Monitor campaign effectiveness and ROI across channels using Google Analytics, social insights, and CRM data.</li><li>
Prepare monthly performance dashboards summarizing marketing KPIs: web traffic, engagement, conversions, campaign results, and spend efficiency.</li><li>
