Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital, and event marketing, with a focus on driving engagement and customer acquisition.</li><li>Partner with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, design) to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with company goals, product launches, and customer expectations.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and ROI improvement.</li><li>Conduct market research and stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new opportunities for market expansion, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation.</li><li>Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials, such as sales collateral and product guides, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.</li><li>Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across multiple formats (e.g., blogs, landing pages, social media, newsletters).</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and ensure that all marketing materials meet the necessary regulatory standards specific to the industry.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years in a Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably with experience in the software industry or a similar digital-focused sector.</li><li>Hands-on experience with digital marketing automation tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization tools.</li><li>Knowledge of web publishing platforms, CMS, and a strong understanding of SEO principles to boost organic traffic.</li><li>Strong ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.</li><li>Strong multitasking and project management abilities, with a focus on prioritization and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Adept at solving complex problems, with a flexible approach to adapting to the dynamic demands of the software market.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

We are Sleek Properties LLC looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and multi-tasking individual to join us as Content Creator and Videographer.Content Creator Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research industry-related topics</li><li>Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms</li><li>Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and properties</li><li>Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts</li><li>Edit and proofread written pieces before publication</li><li>Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content</li><li>Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)</li><li>Identify customers&rsquo; needs and recommend new topics</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles</li><li>Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)</li><li>Update our websites as needed</li><li>Be in front of camera for content filming.</li></ul>Photographer/Videographer Responsibilities:<ul><li>Film videos on set or on location.</li><li>Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.</li><li>Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.</li><li>Edit footage in post-production.</li><li>Direct other camera operators so that the needed footage is acquired.</li></ul>Requirements and skills needed:<ul><li>Proven work experience as a Content Creator, or similar role</li><li>Turkish and Russian Speaker is a plus</li><li>With Real Estate experience is preferred</li><li>Young, confident, good looking</li><li>Portfolio if available</li><li>Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems</li><li>Excellent writing and editing skills in English</li><li>Ability to fact-check</li><li>Time-management skills</li><li>Excellent computer literacy.</li><li>Proficiency with editing software such as PhotoShop.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours.</li><li>Proficiency with camera equipment.</li></ul>Please share your resume whatapp: +971 56964 9122Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
