Pivotly is seeking an ERP Integration Business Analyst to lead requirements planning, solution design, and migration strategy as our client transitions their financial operations to a modern ERP platform (Acumatica or Sage). You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our development team&mdash;mapping current-state processes, defining future-state workflows, and driving integration strategy using API-driven services.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct discovery with financial and operational stakeholders to document workflows</li><li>Evaluate ERP capabilities (Acumatica / Sage) against business needs</li><li>Define functional and technical requirements for ERP migration</li><li>Create system architecture diagrams, data models, and interface specifications</li><li>Plan and prioritize integration using REST APIs or middleware</li><li>Lead vendor evaluations, licensing considerations, and phased rollout plans</li><li>Document data migration, testing, and validation plans</li><li>Support UAT and training coordination</li></ul>Ensure compliance with accounting controls and audit requirementsRequired Experience<ul><li>Proven experience implementing Acumatica or Sage (100/300/Intacct)</li><li>Ability to configure ERP modules for finance, inventory, purchasing, customer billing</li><li>Strong background in business process mapping &amp; requirements gathering</li><li>Experience designing API integrations and data exchanges</li><li>Familiar with GAAP, financial reporting workflows, or operational controls</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience integrating systems with manufacturing, field service, or customer portals</li><li>Prior work with SaaS deployment, Azure, or API middleware solutions</li><li>PMI or Scrum certification (nice-to-have)</li><li>Strong technical writing/documentation abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
