 As a
 
 Business Development Executive
 
 (BDE), you will be instrumental in identifying market potential, devising strategic development plans, and aligning Slimstock's capabilities with market opportunities. Success in this role hinges on your ability to engage key decision-makers, cultivate strong client relationships, and maintain a proactive approach to sales pipeline management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
  Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
 
 
  Cultivate and maintain client relationships, articulating the value of Slimstock's software solutions.
 
 
  Achieve sales targets through lead generation, cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking.
 
 
  Actively engage with industry networks to expand market reach.
 
 
  Map decision-making processes and key stakeholders within target client organizations.
 
 
  Contribute insights to the growth strategy and overall business plan.
 
 
  Stay abreast of competitors' activities, products, and pricing.
 
 
  Represent Slimstock at industry conferences and events as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Skills and Experience:
 
 
 
  Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 
 
  1-3 years sales experience is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.  Experience with enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft is preferred.
 
 
  Strong business acumen with proven commercial awareness and sales capabilities.
 
 
  Self-motivated and proactive, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
 
 
  Exceptional relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
 
 
  Solid understanding of the supply chain industry and its challenges is preferred.

 Purpose of the Position
 
 
 
 To provide support to the marketing department with its activities in Turkey.
 
 
 Daily responsibilities include both online and offline marketing such as website management, content creation, social media marketing, content writing and organization of online and physical events. You will collaborate with team members, media partners and agencies, and learn how to plan and execute marketing campaigns as part of the team.  Responsibilities
 
 
 
 - Create, share, and manage content for Slimstock&rsquo;s social media channels.
 
 
 - Translation of blogs, PR's, social media posts, presentations, etc. English .&gt; Turkish.
 
 
 - Support content entry and updates on the corporate website.
 
 
 - Contribute to the organization of online and in-person events.
 
 
 - Coordinate with agencies and third-party suppliers for content and material production.
 
 
 - Assist in the preparation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, e-newsletters, etc.).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 - 3rd or 4th-year university student, able to work at least 3 days per week.
 
 
 - Proficient in written and spoken English &amp; Turkish
 
 
 - Interested in marketing, eager to learn, hardworking, and responsible.
 
 
 - Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 
 
 - Interested in social media trends and content creation.
 
 
 - Creative mindset with attention to visual detail.
 
 
 - Willing to work with the company in the long term.
