Job Summary
Slipstream is seeking a results-driven Life Sciences Marketing Associate support the execution of marketing initiatives across events, content digital campaigns, and website operations.
This role is responsible for developing marketing content, executing digital campaigns, supporting industry events, and helping position Slipstream as a trusted technology partner within the Life Sciences industry.
Working closely with Senior Practice Leads, Sales, and Executive Leadership, this individual will gather business requirements, translate technical solutions into compelling marketing content, and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Partner with Senior Practice Leads and leadership to develop marketing strategies and create compelling content for Salesforce, AI, data, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services solutions.</li>
<li>Develop marketing collateral including case studies, solution briefs, presentations, one-pagers, blogs, and thought leadership content.</li>
<li>Manage HubSpot-driven email marketing campaigns and initiatives, with additional support for LinkedIn marketing and social media content.</li>
<li>Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn analytics, providing recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation.</li>
<li>Maintain and optimize website content, SEO, and digital assets to increase visibility and website traffic.</li>
<li>Coordinate webinars, conferences, and trade shows, including Veeva Summit, Salesforce World Tour, BIO International, and other Life Sciences events.</li>
<li>Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and technology alliances.</li>
<li>Develop executive presentations and sales enablement materials.</li>
<li>Maintain marketing content libraries and ensure brand consistency across all channels.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>2-5 years of B2B marketing experience in Life Sciences, SaaS, healthcare technology, or IT consulting.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, and website content management systems.</li>
<li>Experience creating digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and LinkedIn content.</li>
<li>Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills with the ability to work directly with senior executives and technical subject matter experts.</li>
<li>Experience developing marketing collateral, sales presentations, and trade show materials.</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools is a plus.</li>

Life Sciences Marketing Associate - Remote, United States

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Provide white-glove, End User Service Desk Support via phone, email, and chat.</li>
<li>Manage incidents and requests within the ServiceNow, Freshservice or Zendesk ticketing systems</li>
<li>Perform and document daily ticket follow-ups with end users within respective ticketing system</li>
<li>Resolve username and password problems.</li>

<li>2-3 years of progressive experience in a Technical Support role with and MSP or call center IT support environment.</li>
<li>Technical proficiency with common hardware, software, and technologies: Windows, Office, iOS, laptops, tablets, Mobile Device Management (MDM), VPN, &amp; WiFi).</li>
<li>Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, O365, MFA, SSO, networking and server concepts.</li>
<li>Understanding of call center metrics and KPIs.</li>
