Profile - Performance Marketing Executive Location - Noida Experience - 1- 3 yrs Notice Period - immediate/15 days About the job We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and work closely with internal stakeholders and paid channels' POCs across various countries. In this role, you will be looking at expansion into potential markets by proposing metrics, platforms, planning and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to support overall ECommerce and market growth.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, and Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.</li><li>Plan and execute A/B testing, alongside exploring new platforms to embark on for paid performance efforts.</li><li>Formulate performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals and KPIs.</li><li>Plan and review budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimizing ROI.</li><li>Collaborate with partner agencies and other internal teams to create consistent and aligned communications across all channels.</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimize the channel mix and identify new opportunities.</li><li>Conduct research on market trends, our brand's target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>Analyse reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goals.</li><li>Liaise with stakeholders to achieve relevant materials (e.g. assets, campaigns&rsquo; mechanics and copies) to execute optimization across paid channels.</li><li>Explore possibilities of business expansions into new markets with performance marketing efforts.</li><li>Perform extensive keyword research for existing product categories, competitors, as well as seasonal campaigns for branded &amp; non-branded listings.</li><li>Understand and execute the analysis of last &amp; multitouch attribution of data across paid channels and other marketing functions.</li><li>Measure effectiveness of campaigns across platforms&rsquo; reports and internal dashboards with performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, Conversion value vs. Sales, CPM, CPC, Frequency, Reach).</li><li>Collaborate closely alongside platforms&rsquo; managers such as Meta, Google and establish strategies that will help achieve KPIs in both short &amp; long term.</li><li>Monitoring spends across all paid channels and achieving efficiency.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Master's Degree in Marketing or related fields.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years of digital agency, digital marketing or performance marketing experience with paid media execution.</li><li>Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capability.</li><li>Pleasant disposition with excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Prior experience in the retail / fashion industry would be a plus</li><li>Prior experience in expansion into markets with performance marketing, would be a plus.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social advertising platforms, Microsoft</li><li>Experience with data analysis and a data driven environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
