Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor the progress of the construction work and performance of subcontractors at the site</li><li>Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.</li><li>Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.</li><li>Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.</li><li>You should ensure that projects stay within budget and that required materials and equipment are available.</li><li>Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.</li><li>Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering (D.C.E) - and IT Diploma are welcome</li><li>Freshers/Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience</li><li>Candidate must be nearby @ katpadi, Vellore</li><li>Candidate should have Two Wheeler</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Industrial Construction: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
