Job Location : Anand Vihar, DelhiKey responsibilities Strategic planning:<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy and support company goals.</li></ul>Talent management:<ul><li>Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention efforts.</li></ul>Compensation and benefits:<ul><li>Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.</li></ul>Employee relations:<ul><li>Act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and mediating conflicts.</li></ul>Legal compliance:<ul><li>Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.</li></ul>HR operations:<ul><li>Manage daily HR operations, including payroll, HRIS implementation, and policy development and enforcement.</li></ul>Performance and reporting:<ul><li>Oversee the performance appraisal system and use HR metrics to track key data and report to senior management.</li></ul>Leadership and development: Supervise and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the department and the company as a whole.Key requirements<ul><li>Experience as an HR executive or manager.</li><li>Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people-oriented skills.</li><li>Expertise in HR metrics, systems, and databases.</li><li>Knowledge of employment law and compliance issues.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Experience with a variety of HR functions, such as talent management, compensation, and benefits.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
