Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web pages that enhance user experience while aligning with our brand identity. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of current web trends.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and develop engaging websites that are responsive and user-friendly.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking. Experience with Yoast is a plus.</li><li>Maintain website functionality by performing regular updates and troubleshooting issues.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools to analyze web traffic data and make informed design decisions.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, technology, and digital marketing.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in HTML and CSS.</li><li>Strong knowledge of graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva.</li><li>Experience with content management systems like WordPress.</li><li>Understanding of web accessibility standards and usability principles.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics Site Kit or similar analytics platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of responsive web design techniques and layout design principles.</li><li>Excellent typography skills and visual design sensibility.
