As an agency that thrives on agility, high-impact storytelling, and maximizing every creative asset, we are looking for a Video &amp; Photo Editor who can bridge the gap between raw footage and social-ready content. We value efficiency, trend-awareness, and a collaborative spirit. This in-office role is designed for an experienced professional who is ready to own the post-production pipeline for short-form social media, website video content, basic animations, photo edits and long-form podcast content.

What the position entails
<ul>
<li>Edit high-performing short-form content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, prioritizing engagement, retention, and platform-specific trends.</li>
<li>Package full-length podcast episodes for our Building Buzz podcast, managing multi-camera cuts, audio cleanup, teaser clip and the integration of branded graphics.</li>
<li>Maximize content output by repurposing long-form footage into teasers, trailers, and social cutdowns.</li>
<li>Develop visual storytelling strategies by incorporating effective hooks, captions, and motion graphics.</li>
<li>Execute professional photo editing, including color correction and retouching for web, social, and advertising assets.</li>
<li>Manage post-production timelines in a fast-paced environment to ensure quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.</li>
<li>Curate, purge and organize asset libraries (i.e. Vimeo/Frame IO), maintaining a structured system for large volumes of event and creator footage.</li>
<li>Support live visual media environments, assisting photo/video with setup and real-time capture needs during physical events.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with agency departments to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and project goals.</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of professional editing experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, Lightroom for high-end photo manipulation and asset management.</li>
<li>Proven track record in social-first editing, demonstrating a deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and viral structures.</li>
<li>Experience with multi-camera workflows and professional-grade audio post-production.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of file optimization, including resolution and format requirements for both print and digital media.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex project files, templates, and archives.</li>
<li>High-level time management, capable of meeting tight deadlines and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Film, Production, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li>
<li>A diverse portfolio showcasing a blend of polished long-form edits and high-energy short-form social content.</li></ul></div>
