That&rsquo;s why we&rsquo;re offering competitive pay, a strong co-lead teacher, professional support, and a positive team culture to help you succeed.ResponsibilitiesAs our Lead Toddler Teacher, you will:<ul><li>Work side-by-side with a strong, experienced co-lead teacher to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.</li><li>Provide a safe, structured, and loving classroom environment for children.</li><li>Support developmental milestones in language, motor skills, and social-emotional growth.</li><li>Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff.</li><li>Ensure classroom compliance with state licensing standards and curriculum implementation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with directors and mentor assistant teachers.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of toddler classroom teaching experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of child development and classroom management for toddlers.</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).</li><li>A genuine love for working with young children and helping them grow!</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$19.00 &ndash; $22.00 per hour, based on experience and education.</li><li>Work with a supportive co-lead teacher to share responsibility and classroom management.</li><li>Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.</li><li>Supportive leadership team that values your input and creativity.</li><li>Opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.</li><li>Paid time off, holiday pay, and additional benefits</li><li>Medical and dental options</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Childcare</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
