We are looking for an experienced and passionate CNA &amp; Caregiver Course Trainer to join our dynamic healthcare training team at Onyx. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality training programs that meet international standards and uphold our center&rsquo;s commitment to excellence in healthcare education.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct CNA and Caregiver training sessions (theoretical and practical).</li><li>Develop, update, and enhance training materials, lesson plans, and student assessments.</li><li>Supervise and evaluate learners during classroom instruction and clinical practice.</li><li>Manage course-related administrative tasks &mdash; attendance tracking, reports, and certification coordination.</li><li>Collaborate with management to organize training schedules and ensure smooth course delivery.</li><li>Provide guidance, mentorship, and career advice to students to support their professional growth.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing (preferably with a valid DOH license).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as a healthcare trainer or instructor (CNA, Caregiver, or related field).</li><li>Valid healthcare license or recognized professional certification (preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of patient care, infection control, and healthcare ethics.</li><li>Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to plan, organize, and manage courses independently and efficiently.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Be part of a reputed healthcare training center committed to shaping future caregivers and nursing assistants.</li><li>Work in a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth and professional development</li></ul>If you are passionate about teaching, healthcare, and empowering the next generation of caregivers, we would love to hear from you.Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: AED50.00 - AED65.00 per hourExpected hours: 4 per week
