About the Role 
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment support for our organization. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, and execute full-cycle recruiting processes to attract top talent. Your proactive approach and relationship-driven mindset will help shape a world-class candidate experience while driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders and hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.</li>
<li>Proactively build and manage high-volume candidate pipelines for global roles.</li>
<li>Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.</li>
<li>Conduct outreach activities through multiple channels to attract and engage qualified sales candidates.</li>
<li>Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend top-tier candidates for consideration.</li>
<li>Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with HR and business partners to improve recruitment processes and ensure alignment with company goals.</li>
<li>Use data and analytics to inform leadership and help make hiring decisions</li>

We are looking for you if you have:
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment.</li>
<li>A passion for hiring and relationship building with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience.</li>
<li>Proven track record of consistently meeting key hiring metrics while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality</li>
<li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing multiple roles and pipelines efficiently.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret hiring data and analytics to support informed recruitment decisions</li>
<li>Brings experience with applicant tracking systems and strong sourcing skills, with confidence using Greenhouse, Naukri, and LinkedIn to identify and engage talent effectively.</li>
<li>Interest in using AI to strengthen recruiting strategy, enhance candidate experience, and streamline hiring workflows to support better talent decisions.</li>
