We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled and motivated Junior / Senior Accountant who can lead client engagements, manage complex financial operations, and provide proactive financial insights.Role OverviewThis is a client-facing role requiring both technical accounting proficiency and strong communication skills. You&rsquo;ll manage all core accounting functions for U.S. clients&mdash;handling everything from bookkeeping and reconciliation to reporting, cash flow management, and CPA handoff for tax filings. You&rsquo;ll also act as a trusted advisor, offering financial clarity and process improvements tailored to each client's industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Core Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable &amp; Receivable via platforms like Bill.com</li><li>Maintain clean, organized books in QuickBooks Online/Xero</li><li>Perform monthly closes, reconciliations, and year-end reporting</li><li>Prepare and organize data for CPA tax filings</li><li>Financial Reporting &amp; Planning</li><li>Generate and analyze P&amp;L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports</li><li>Maintain weekly cash plans and update complex Excel-based models</li><li>Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and business insights</li><li>Industry-Specific Expertise</li><li>Support financial processes for e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify, A2X)</li><li>Manage rental and property management income/expenses and owner statements</li><li>Understand financial nuances of healthcare, law firms, and capital ventures</li><li>Client Communication &amp; Advisory</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients</li><li>Communicate financial results, trends, and recommendations clearly</li><li>Collaborate with external CPAs, auditors, and client-side teams</li><li>Provide advice on chart of accounts, reimbursement workflows, and cost-saving opportunities</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory)</li><li>2&ndash;10 years of experience working with U.S.-based clients (mandatory)</li><li>QuickBooks Online Certification and Xero Certification (required)</li><li>Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, sales tax, and CPA collaboration</li><li>Experience with tools like Bill.com, A2X, Excel, and reconciliation platforms</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory</li><li>Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and advise clients</li></ul>Personal Traits<ul><li>Honest, ethical, and detail-oriented</li><li>Self-starter who takes ownership and shows initiative</li><li>Eager to grow with the organization and contribute long-term</li><li>Comfortable working U.S. EST hours</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Fast-track growth opportunities with a global client base</li><li>Collaborative, supportive office environment in Coimbatore</li><li>Exposure to diverse industries and real-time client interaction</li></ul>How to ApplyReady to be the go-to finance expert for U.S. businesses?
