The Project Manager (PM) is a client-facing position responsible for the successful execution of website and digital projects, ensuring delivery within strict deadlines and budget. This role involves acting as the key point of contact for both the client and the internal project team, which includes designers, developers, and marketing consultants. The PM will manage the full project lifecycle, from discovery to launch, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and managing project profitability. This position requires proactive communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a focus on both scope management and continuous process improvement.</div>

</b></h3><ul><li><b>Project Management &amp; Execution:</b></li><li>
Act as the primary point of contact and project owner for clients and internal teams.</li><li>
Oversee and manage project execution throughout the entire project lifecycle (from discovery to close).</li><li>
Track and manage project budget and schedule, proactively addressing variances.</li><li>
Lead project discovery and deliverable review calls with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>
Identify, track, and manage project action items, issues, and risks.</li><li>
Participate in project reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Client &amp; Scope Management:</b></li><li>
Ensure that client goals and requests are aligned with the contractual scope of work.</li><li>
Provide clear and frequent communication with the client regarding project status, scope, and any additional requests.</li><li>
Proactively manage client expectations and offer timely change orders for out-of-scope requests.</li><li>
Maintain high customer satisfaction rates and build strong client relationships.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Team Coordination &amp; Leadership:</b></li><li>
Serve as an expert advisor to clients and provide day-to-day support to the project team.</li><li>
Coordinate activities across various teams, including creative, development, SEO, and quality assurance.</li><li>
Provide detailed feedback to internal resources to ensure a high-quality delivery.</li><li>
Keep the team motivated and ensure efficient, proactive day-to-day production.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Need- Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required, with a preference for a technical field.</li><li>
At least 2 years of experience in project management or production within an agency or client services environment.</li><li>
Significant experience managing and owning productive client relationships.</li><li>
Experience partnering with cross-functional agency teams (e.g., strategy, creative, dev, PR, paid media).</li><li>
Experience leading the full project lifecycle at an agency.</li><li>
Experience working remotely is preferred.</li><li>
Ability to clearly communicate expectations and objectives with both clients and team members.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write succinctly and professionally.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent organization and time management skills with a high degree of attention to detail.</li><li>
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and direct project resources with confidence.</li><li>
Adept business acumen and problem-solving skills to understand client business and proactively identify and resolve barriers to success.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
