<div>The Communications &amp; PR Marketing Intern supports our marketing and communications team. This role offers hands-on experience in public relations, corporate communications, and brand storytelling. The intern will assist with media outreach, content development, and internal/external communications efforts while gaining exposure to strategic messaging and reputation management.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and public-facing communications</li><li>
Support media outreach efforts, including building and maintaining media lists</li><li>
Monitor media coverage and compile regular press and sentiment reports</li><li>
Help develop content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and company announcements</li><li>
Support internal communications, including employee updates and leadership messaging</li><li>
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and media opportunities</li><li>
Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns, events, and announcements</li><li>
Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all communications</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field</li><li>
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills</li><li>
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication channels</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience writing for a school publication, blog, or internship</li><li>
Basic understanding of media relations and PR strategies</li><li>
Familiarity with media monitoring tools or databases</li><li>
Experience with content management systems or email marketing platforms</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce strategy, and business transformation initiatives</li><li>
Drive organizational effectiveness and productivity to support revenue growth, operational scale, and long-term business performance</li><li>
Lead enterprise change initiatives to support growth, scaling complexity, and evolving business needs, including organizational transformation and operating model shifts</li></ul>

Build leadership capability across all levels and establish succession pipelines for critical roles</li></ul>
People Operations &amp; Infrastructure<ul><li>
Ensure scalable HR infrastructure, policies, and systems are in place to support a high-growth, performance-driven organization</li><li>
Implement data-driven people analytics to inform decision-making, track organizational health, and improve performance</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, with rigor appropriate for a multi-functional, multi-location workforce</li><li>
Lead and develop the People function across HR, Talent Acquisition, L&amp;D, and Total Rewards, building a high-impact, scalable team</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
10+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience, including the last 5 years in a senior executive role such as CPO, CHRO, or Head of People</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field, advanced degree preferred but not required</li><li>
Background in private equity-backed or investor-driven environments preferred</li><li>
Proven ability to scale an hourly workforce across multi-state, multi-location environments</li><li>
Track record of designing and implementing compensation and performance frameworks that drive results</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business objectives and financial outcomes</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data to guide decisions</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence at the board and executive level</li></ul>
