<div>VP Coffee, a Smart Care Equipment Solutions company, is a fast-growing Nationwide service company specializing in coffee and espresso technology. We are currently seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to provide support to field personnel and deliver best-in-class customer support for national and local clients. Candidates need experience in Dispatch/routing, possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Facilitate coffee equipment repair for national clients such as Franke, Schaerer, McDonalds, Dunkin, and more</li><li>
Monitor service calls and technicians for an assigned geographical region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met</li><li>
Work hands-on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficiently</li><li>
Provide support to field technicians and service agents &ndash; work order management, facilitate technical support, etc</li><li>
Communicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure all service requirements are met</li><li>
Process customer service requests and inquiries via phone and email</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
2-4 years&rsquo; proven experience in a dispatch or service coordinator role is required</li><li>
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, both independently and as a team</li><li>
Excellent verbal &amp; written communication and professional customer service skills are a must</li><li>
Strong time management and multitasking skills</li><li>
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance</li><li>
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platforms</li></ul>

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, with rigor appropriate for a multi-functional, multi-location workforce</li><li>
Lead and develop the People function across HR, Talent Acquisition, L&amp;D, and Total Rewards, building a high-impact, scalable team</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
10+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience, including the last 5 years in a senior executive role such as CPO, CHRO, or Head of People</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field, advanced degree preferred but not required</li><li>
Background in private equity-backed or investor-driven environments preferred</li><li>
Proven ability to scale an hourly workforce across multi-state, multi-location environments</li><li>
Track record of designing and implementing compensation and performance frameworks that drive results</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business objectives and financial outcomes</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data to guide decisions</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence at the board and executive level</li></ul>
