Job Summary: 
 
As the Sr Demand Generation Manager at SmartChoice, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. You&rsquo;ll own strategy, execution, and measurement across paid media, email, events, and content syndication&mdash;building programs that connect with CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs in enterprise markets. This is a high-impact role where success is measured not just by impressions and clicks, but by pipeline contribution and revenue influence. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize ROI. 
 
Supervisory Responsibilities: None initially, but potential to manage campaign specialists or agency partners as the team grows. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Pipeline Ownership: Build and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.</li><li>
Campaign Orchestration: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (paid social, paid search, ABM, events, webinars, email, content syndication).</li><li>
Sales Alignment: Partner with sales leadership to define target audiences, lead scoring, and campaign follow-up strategies.</li><li>
ABM Strategy: Develop account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise organizations with multiple locations.</li><li>
Analytics &amp; Reporting: Track funnel performance (MQL SQL Opps) and present results with clear ROI insights.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Support teams to develop assets that support campaigns.</li><li>
Budget &amp; Vendor Management: Own demand gen budget and manage external vendors/agencies as needed.</li><li>
Continuous Optimization: Run A/B tests, refine targeting, and experiment with new channels to improve conversion and efficiency.</li></ul>

Proven track record of building campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and HubSpot.</li><li>
Experience designing and executing ABM programs.</li><li>
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.</li><li>
Strong understanding of lead funnels, pipeline metrics, and campaign attribution.</li><li>
Ability to write and edit campaign messaging resonates with technical and executive buyers.</li><li>
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.</li><li>
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or technology.</li><li>
Proven track record of building campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.</li></ul>
