 Role Description
 
 This is a full-time, on-site Senior Medical Sales Representative role based in Salmiya. The Senior Medical Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals to promote and sell cosmeceutical equipment and supplies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads and inquiries. The role also involves providing product training, gathering market feedback, coordinating with internal teams on inventory and delivery, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Senior Medical Sales Representative will work toward achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and representing Smart Health Co. in a professional and ethical manner.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Strong Medical Sales experience, including consultative selling and relationship management with healthcare professionals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and handle inquiries effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background or education in Medicine or Pharmacy, or related healthcare field, enabling understanding of cosmeceutical products and clinical needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with solid negotiation and closing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of cosmeceutical, dermatology, or aesthetic equipment markets is highly beneficial.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work on-site in Salmiya, manage territory activities, and travel locally to client locations as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or Marketing) preferred.
 </li>
