Ayurveda Center IndiranagarWork Timings: Shift-based, 6 days a week (including weekends on rotation)Shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 9:00am to 7:00pmCandidate: Only FemaleKey Responsibilities:&#9679; Greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcomingenvironment.&#9679; Handle billing processes, including cashbook management, and ensureaccuracy in financial transactions.&#9679; Maintain attendance records for both patients and staff, ensuring timelyupdates and reporting.&#9679; Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up sessions based ondoctors&rsquo; availability and patient requirements.&#9679; Conduct tele-calling to engage with old, current, and new patients,promoting services and ensuring their needs are met.&#9679; Oversee housekeeping duties to ensure the clinic remains clean andorderly, coordinating tasks and managing the housekeeping staff.&#9679; Respond to patient inquiries, manage the front desk, and provide generaladministrative support as needed.&#9679; Ensure a seamless and efficient experience for patients, from check-in tocheck-out.Qualifications:&#9679; Proven experience in a front office, customer service, or administrativerole is preferred.&#9679; Strong organizational and multitasking skills.&#9679; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with acustomer-centric attitude.&#9679; Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.&#9679; Ability to handle billing and cash management accurately.&#9679; Previous experience in tele-calling or customer engagement is a plus.&#9679; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shift rotations,including weekends.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
