Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily car washing operations in the mall parking facility</li><li>Manage, train, schedule, and motivate car wash staff</li><li>Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to established quality standards</li><li>Monitor customer service and handle complaints or special requests professionally</li><li>Inspect equipment, tools, and cleaning materials; report maintenance or repair needs</li><li>Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and water in line with environmental guidelines</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area</li><li>Keep daily records of operations, staff attendance, and service volumes</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Basic degree or equivalent (preferred)</li><li>Previous experience in car wash operations or a supervisory role</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Candidate should be able to speak Hindi fluently</li><li>Good customer service and communication abilities</li><li>Basic knowledge of car wash equipment, products, and techniques</li><li>Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods</li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>UAE: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>
