We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Automotive Parts Purchaser to manage our spare parts supply chain. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality parts at the best prices, ensuring timely delivery to our workshop, and maintaining strong relationships with local and international suppliers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sourcing &amp; Procurement: Identify and source genuine, OEM, and high-quality aftermarket parts for a wide range of vehicle makes and models.</li><li>Price Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors and distributors across the UAE to secure competitive pricing and favorable credit terms.</li><li>Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure fast-moving items (filters, brake pads, etc.) are always available to minimize vehicle downtime.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming parts to ensure they match the order specifications and are free from defects before handing them over to the technicians.</li><li>Logistics &amp; Collection: Physically collect urgent parts from suppliers across the UAE to ensure repair deadlines are met.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and returns within the company&rsquo;s management system.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in automotive parts purchasing or spare parts sales within the UAE market.</li><li>Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (essential for parts collection and vendor visits).</li><li>Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive components, part numbers, and compatibility across different brands.</li><li>Network: An existing network of spare parts suppliers in industrial areas</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates, please share your CV to hr@smartmotor.ae or 0589107620.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Automotive Insurance Estimator to join our team. You will serve as the vital link between our workshop, the insurance companies, and our customers. Your primary goal is to provide accurate repair estimates, negotiate approvals with insurance surveyors, and ensure that all vehicle repairs meet both safety standards and profitability targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough physical inspections of vehicles to identify both visible and hidden structural, mechanical, and aesthetic damage.</li><li>Estimation: Utilize industry-standard software to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for parts, labor, and paint.</li><li>Insurance Liaison: Submit digital claims and estimates to insurance providers.
