As the first point of contact for our automotive service center,. We are looking for a professional, organized, and high-energy individual who can balance high-end customer service with the fast-paced environment of an active Automotive service. You will bridge the gap between our clients and our technical team, ensuring every customer feels confident leaving their vehicle in our hands.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Customer Relations: Greet clients upon arrival, manage the check-in process, and offer refreshments in the waiting lounge.</li><li>Appointment Management: Coordinate service bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and email, optimizing the daily workshop schedule.</li><li>Documentation: Open &quot;Job Cards&quot; accurately, ensuring all customer concerns and vehicle details are captured in our management system.</li><li>Invoicing &amp; Payments: Handle POS transactions, process cash/card payments, and explain basic invoice line items to customers.</li><li>Communication Bridge: Provide status updates to customers regarding their vehicle&rsquo;s progress after consulting with Service Advisors or Technicians.</li><li>Administrative Support: Maintain an organized filing system for vehicle records, RTA inspection reports, and insurance claims.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory.
