Receptionist cum Customer ServiceLocation: UAEJob SummaryWe are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist (Arabic Speaker) to join our automotive service center. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and possess previous experience in the automotive industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression.</li><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries in Arabic and English.</li><li>Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the workshop team.</li><li>Prepare job cards and maintain accurate customer records.</li><li>Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and service completion.</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Assist with administrative and office tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). English is compulsory.</li><li>Previous experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service Representative.</li><li>Automotive industry experience is mandatory.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED 2,500 &ndash; AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience)</li><li>Employment visa provided</li><li>Medical insurance provided</li><li>Stable and well-established company</li><li>Salaries paid on time every month</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li></ul>Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
