Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal representation and advisory support across commercial, contractual, employment, and regulatory matters. The role involves contract drafting and review, dispute management, litigation support, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations within a healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide legal advice on commercial, employment, and regulatory matters</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents</li><li>Manage litigation, disputes, and legal claims; represent the organization in hearings and meetings</li><li>Advise on healthcare regulations, ethical practices, and compliance requirements</li><li>Prepare legal opinions, reports, and memoranda</li><li>Support internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional committees</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Law (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>6&ndash;8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house role</li><li>Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (Arabic preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>MS Office proficiency</li><li>Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Legal Advisor

ROLE &amp; RESPONSIBILITY:<ul><li>Provide efficient and accurate employee services support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, UAE Labor Law, and internal procedures while delivering a high level of employee experience and operational excellence.</li><li>Manage employee records, contracts, amendments, onboarding and offboarding processes, leave, attendance, and personnel files.</li><li>Support payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Act as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and coordinate with internal stakeholders and government entities as required.</li><li>Communicate HR policies and updates clearly and resolve employee-related issues efficiently.</li><li>The role requires 1-2 years of UAE HR experience, strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
