This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader in a role that blends high-level executive support, tech coordination, event planning, and day-to-day administrative excellence.

What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Serve as a right hand to the CEO, providing proactive administrative and personal support</li><li>
Manage calendars, appointments, and business and personal errands with precision</li><li>
Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel logistics</li><li>
Take meeting notes and help facilitate follow-up and task tracking</li><li>
Be the go-to expert for Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>
Use AI tools and platforms to streamline tasks and increase productivity</li><li>
Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members on behalf of the CEO</li><li>
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism</li><li>
Collaborate with the team while managing independent tasks with minimal supervision</li><li>
Support special projects, problem-solve creatively, and keep the CEO&rsquo;s world running smoothly</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
3+ years of experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Exceptional communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort using AI and tech tools</li><li>
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently</li><li>
Resourceful and calm under pressure, with a high level of discretion and loyalty</li><li>
A true go-getter who can take initiative, solve problems, and stay one step ahead</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or related field is a plus, but not required</li><li>
Familiarity with EOS or similar systems is a bonus</li></ul>
