We don't just move freight&mdash;we move businesses forward by redefining what excellence in supply chain management looks like.About the RoleWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Office Clerk to join our team and support daily warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.Hourly Rate$18.00 per hourResponsibilities <ul><li>Perform daily data entry of inbound and outbound shipments into Warehouse Management System (WMS).</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping/receiving documents, including BOL, packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records; assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.</li><li>Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and customers regarding order status and discrepancies.</li><li>Generate reports on shipments, inventory, and warehouse activity as required.</li><li>Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth flow of goods.</li><li>Assist with filing, document scanning, and maintaining organized records.</li><li>Provide administrative support to warehouse management as needed.</li><li>Monitor , correct and confirm mixed boxes and pallets</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or business preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL industry preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and data entry.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.</li><li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time; 8:00am &ndash; 5:00pm, Sundays if needed</li><li>Weekend or overtime availability may be required depending on volume</li></ul>PayrollOnboard with partnered Agency for payroll, after 3 months eval and good KPI will have opportunity to be onboarded with companyJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Warehouse Office Clerk: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
