We don't just move freight&mdash;we move businesses forward by redefining what excellence in supply chain management looks like.About the RoleWe are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources to join our team and support daily warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.Salary$36,000.00 a yearResponsibilities <ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.</li><li>Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.</li><li>Maintain HRIS records, personnel files, and ensure data accuracy.</li><li>Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.</li><li>Support performance management processes, including evaluations, corrective actions, and coaching.</li><li>Develop and support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, morale, and retention.</li><li>Participate in training programs, policy updates, and HR process improvements.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>2+ years of experience in Human Resources (adjust depending on job seniority).</li><li>Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HRIS and PEO Systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paylocity, GUST/o).</li><li>Experience managing or supporting benefits administration.</li><li>Experience handling confidential employee information.</li><li>Spanish Bilingual , English &amp; Spanish speaker</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time; 8:00am &ndash; 5:00pm</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Health, Dental, Vision, PTO &amp; Holiday</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $36,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
