About the Role</b></div><div>
As a Talent Management Executive at Smart Working, you&rsquo;ll play a central role in connecting candidates, recruiters, sales, and delivery teams &mdash; ensuring every stage of the hiring journey runs seamlessly. From interview scheduling and candidate communication to documentation and onboarding coordination, you&rsquo;ll be the organizational heartbeat that keeps our process accurate, efficient, and human.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and takes pride in managing details that drive operational excellence. Your efforts will directly enhance candidate experience, strengthen team coordination, and ensure the smooth execution of Smart Working&rsquo;s global recruitment process.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li><b>
End-to-End Coordination:</b> Manage 100+ global interview schedules per month, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li><b>
Documentation &amp; Verification:</b> Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents, maintaining 100% accuracy and compliance across all submissions.</li><li><b>
ATS Management:</b> Update and maintain records in ATS, ensuring up-to-date candidate information and minimizing scheduling conflicts.</li><li><b>
Stakeholder Communication:</b> Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, sales, and delivery to ensure transparency and seamless collaboration.</li><li><b>
Candidate Experience:</b> Maintain consistent and professional communication, ensuring candidates feel supported and informed throughout their hiring journey.</li><li><b>
Onboarding Support:</b> Facilitate smooth onboarding by assisting with document collection, negotiation, offer generation and coordination, and communication handovers.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
2-4 years of experience in end to end recruitment lifecycle management</li><li>
Proficiency in ChatGPT and Google sheets.</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>
Collaborative attitude and comfort working with cross-functional, remote teams</li><li>
Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with precision

Technical background (education or work experience).</li><li>
Exposure to remote-first or globally distributed teams.</li><li>
