 We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in systems and software development for banking customers to lead and deliver technology projects from initiation to closure. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, manage, and deliver IT projects related to banking applications and software platforms
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, infrastructure, security) and external vendors
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project budgets, resources, risks, contract management and billing
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Track project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to management
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify issues and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation reviews
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply Agile, Scrum methodologies as appropriate
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Mange customer communication
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in banking, financial services, or fintech projects
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
 
 </li>
 </ul>
