Roles and Responsibilities - Outdoor Sales:-<ul><li>Identify, approach, and develop new customers in the heavy vehicle segment, including workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.</li><li>Conduct outdoor visits to meet clients, present products, and close sales.</li><li>Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate spare parts.</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li><li>Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul>Roles and Responsibilities- Indoor Sales:-<ul><li>Manage incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in-person visits regarding heavy vehicle spare parts.</li><li>Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely delivery.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and dealerships.</li><li>Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and payments accurately.</li><li>Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.</li><li>Assist outdoor sales executives by providing product information, stock availability, and technical support.</li><li>Stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and competitor activities.</li><li>Achieve individual and team sales targets.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.</li><li>Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.</li></ul>Requirements:-<ul><li>Holds a minimum of 2 years of UAE sales experience within the automotive parts industry(Heavy Vehicles).</li><li>Proven experience in heavy vehicle spare parts sales.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.</li><li>Target-oriented and results-driven.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.</li><li>Knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics and spare parts is preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
