Job Description: We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and coordinate hiring</li><li>Handle joining formalities, appointment letters, and employee documentation</li><li>Manage PF, ESIC, insurance enrollment, and statutory compliance</li><li>Maintain employee data in HR systems (InterAct, Saral, Portal)</li><li>Process attendance, payroll coordination, and incentive sheets</li><li>Prepare HR letters, emails, and official communications</li><li>Coordinate bank accounts, ID cards, travel, and hotel bookings</li><li>Handle employee grievances related to salary, attendance, PF, ESIC, and insurance</li><li>Support promotions, exits, and employee status updates</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate / MBA in HR preferred</li><li>Experience in HR operations preferred</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes</li></ul>Contact Information: Email: hr@smartwaytechnoway.com Phone: 079-69209951 / 52 Location: Thaltej, AhmedabadJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
