Job Title: UI/UX DesignerJob Description:We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who can create seamless and beautiful user experiences. You will be responsible for translating our product vision into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct user research and analyze user behavior and feedback to understand user needs</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions</li><li>Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation components</li><li>Ensure design consistency across all platforms and adhere to established brand guidelines</li><li>Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and performance metrics</li><li>Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain modern and relevant</li></ul>Qualifications:Design Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar User Research: Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing Design Principles: In-depth understanding of layout, typography, color, and responsive design Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your design projects, including examples of problem-solving, design processes, and final product outcomesNice to Have:<ul><li>Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (not mandatory but a plus)</li><li>Experience designing for accessibility and an understanding of WCAG guidelines</li><li>Knowledge of motion design and creating micro-interactions</li><li>Understanding of analytics and how to use data to drive design decisions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthExperience: 1 year (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
