Key Responsibilities :Design &amp; Conceptualization :Lead the creative direction for interior projects across retail, F&amp;B, and workspace domains.Develop strong concept narratives, spatial experiences, and design strategies aligned with client vision and brand ethos.Prepare compelling MS PowerPoint design presentations with mood imagery, design concepts, and visualization integration.Use AI-driven design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Veras, Spacemaker, Firefly) for ideation, visualization, and optimization.Stay ahead of evolving market design trends, materials, and user experience expectations.High awareness on the Cost of the finishes and Material used in the Design for both Interiors and Exteriors of the building.High ability to close the Design and choose an appropriate material that fits in the Clients budget when that is set as a requirement keeping the Design, Look and feel intact.Technical &amp; Detailing :Translate design intent into technically sound working drawings, details, and construction documents.Hands-on working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other design applications.Review and coordinate MEP, structural, and fire-fighting drawings, ensuring seamless integration with design.Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in ArchitectureJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;150,000.00 - &#8377;175,000.00 per month

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities :Coordination &amp; Collaboration :Serve as the primary interface between design studio, clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate timely communication, documentation, and approvals to ensure project flow and accountability.Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies between internal design teams and external stakeholders.Review consultant drawings, vendor shop drawings, and site progress to align with design intent.Organize regular review meetings and prepare concise project reports and trackers.Project Management &amp; Cost Awareness :Possess working knowledge of market rates, material costs, fabrication and job work pricing, and vendor quotations.Participate in feasibility studies and project budgeting in coordination with the design and procurement teams.Monitor cost implications of design decisions and support value engineering without diluting design quality.Maintain project timelines, resource allocation, and work sequencing for efficient execution.Conduct regular site visits, quality inspections, and progress assessments.Evaluate construction readiness, material deployment, and design adherence at every stage.Identify on-site deviations, suggest practical solutions, and coordinate technical resolutions with the design team.Ensure that design is translated accurately into construction while safeguarding aesthetics and functionality.Oversee site closure, snag list completion, and handover to client with documentation.Qualification: Bachelors / Masters in ArchitectureJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;75,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per month

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage design detailing, working drawings, and coordination packages for Workspace, Retail, and F&amp;B interior projects.Translate conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and 3D/2D outputs that are site-executable and vendor-ready.Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP consultants to ensure technical alignment and seamless integration across disciplines.Conduct site visits, supervise execution quality, and resolve design/technical issues in real-time.Utilize tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and adopt AI-integrated platforms for faster iteration, parametric modeling, or drawing automation.Evaluate design feasibility, material selection, construction methods, and value engineering opportunities.Stay informed on emerging materials, construction technologies, and AI-enhanced design processes that improve project outcomes.Awareness about the cost of the Finishes and Materials used in Interior environments.Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and participate in vendor and contractor coordination.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and client brand guidelinesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors in Civil Engineering5&ndash;6 years of design development and execution-level detailing experience in interior projects&mdash;specifically Workspace, Retail, or F&amp;B formats.Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and exposure to AI-based tools like Veras, Hypar, Arkdesign, Spacemaker, or similar.Hands-on experience in coordinating execution drawings, vendor/shop drawings, and conducting site-level problem-solving.Deep understanding of materials, joineries, interior services, and buildability constraints in Indian construction context.Effective communication skills, team leadership ability, and a proactive attitude toward digital-first workflows and continuous learning.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per month
