This role is ideal for someone who is skilled at recruitment and comfortable managing a team of academic counselors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Interviewing: * Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews.</li><li>Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.</li><li>Team Supervision: * Manage and lead a team of Academic Counselors.</li><li>Allocate daily tasks and conduct consistent follow-ups to ensure targets are met.</li><li>Administrative Operations: * Handle &quot;Normal Admin Operations,&quot; ensuring all office workflows are efficient.</li><li>Maintain organized employee records and internal documentation.</li><li>Conflict Resolution: * Act as a mediator to resolve internal team conflicts professionally.</li><li>Maintain a positive and disciplined work environment.</li><li>Task Allocation: * Define clear KPIs for the counseling team and monitor their daily progress.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Office Administration.</li><li>Leadership: Proven ability to manage people, delegate tasks, and provide feedback.</li><li>Communication: Fluent in local languages and English to handle staff and candidate interactions effectively.</li><li>Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
