Our Company is currently looking for Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the dental/medical field and is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships.Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in Dental Sales.- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Business Administration and other related fields. (Masters Degree is preferrable but not required)- Excellent communication skills (Both English and Arabic is preferrable)- Computer Literate- Experience in B2B and B2C business set up- Immediate joiners will be given priority.- Dentists with Good UAE Market experience is welcome to apply.Responsibilities:- Monitor and oversee sales department performance whilst leading, coaching, and managing each dental sales team- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets- Manage existing client relationships and ensure to build strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and distributors.- Monitor sales team performance, KPIs, and market trends- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns- Handle clients&rsquo; complaints and feedback.- Perform task as per designation as per the management.If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and have what it takes to drive our business forward, we encourage you to apply.
