<div>Job Title: Associate Dentist (General Practice &ndash; Pediatrics/Young Adults)
Overview: 
This position allows you to earn like a practice owner, yet live like an employee. Our well-established, modern practice is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. We are a general practice providing comprehensive care to children and young adults through age 20 in a newly updated facility. This is a multi-dentist office supported by an experienced team of auxiliary staff.
As an Associate, you&rsquo;ll focus fully on your clinical skills without the administrative responsibilities of running a practice. The position is production-based, offering exceptional earning potential and benefits. You&rsquo;ll be providing routine exams, general restorative treatment, and hygiene checks 3 days per week. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide dental care to pediatric and young adult patients across a wide range of needs</li><li>
Conduct routine exams, restorative treatment, and hygiene checks</li><li>
Review medical histories with patients and parents/guardians</li><li>
Accurately maintain patient chart notes and records</li><li>
Collaborate with fellow dentists and clinical staff in a group setting</li><li>
Support the practice team with additional duties as assigned</li></ul>
