We&rsquo;re now building a strong social media presence to connect with aspirants through engaging, motivating, and high-quality content.Role OverviewWe are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor to join our Raipur team. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating engaging visual content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands youth trends, and can bring energy and creativity to educational content.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design Instagram posts, carousels, and stories aligned with NetPractice&rsquo;s brand style.</li><li>Edit short-form reels &amp; YouTube shorts with captions, transitions, trending effects, and music.</li><li>Design thumbnails, banners, and infographics for social media.</li><li>Repurpose educational content into visually engaging formats.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the content and marketing team to execute a consistent publishing calendar.</li><li>Stay updated with social media &amp; design trends to make content relatable and fresh.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (for design).</li><li>Strong skills in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (for video editing).</li><li>Basic understanding of motion graphics is a plus.</li><li>Experience in social media content creation (Instagram reels, YouTube shorts).</li><li>A good eye for color, typography, and layouts.</li><li>Ability to work from Raipur office (with some hybrid flexibility).</li><li>0&ndash;3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A creative thinker who can turn educational content into fun, motivating visuals.</li><li>Someone who understands Gen-Z and aspirant culture.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and handle quick turnarounds.</li><li>Team player with a self-driven attitude.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Work directly with the founder &amp; core team in a fast-growing edtech startup.</li><li>Be part of a creative, youth-focused mission.</li><li>Hybrid flexibility (work from office + some remote days).</li><li>Freedom to experiment with styles and ideas.</li><li>Competitive salary (based on skills &amp; experience).</li></ul>How to ApplySend us: 1.
