This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. The Flooring Installer will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Install various types of flooring epoxies</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials.</li><li>Perform water damage restoration tasks as needed, ensuring proper techniques are followed.</li><li>Conduct construction estimating for projects to provide accurate timelines and material needs.</li><li>Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols on the construction site.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Provide floor care advice to clients post-installation for optimal maintenance.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in flooring installation or related construction fields is essential.</li><li>Previous experience in the restoration industry or maintenance person services is a plus.</li><li>Strong skills in construction painting will enhance your candidacy.</li><li>Ability to operate buffing equipment for floor care is advantageous.
