Overview Join our team as a Bookkeeper, and in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records and supporting the overall workflow of the office. This position also supports our administrative assistant with clients if needed.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including data entry and account reconciliations using accounting software.</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and tax-related activities to ensure compliance with governmental regulations.</li><li>Assist with clients as needed, ie: phone, walk-ins</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in accounting or a related field is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll and tax experience processes is a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform under tight deadlines.</li><li>Organizational skills with proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry helpful</li></ul>Pay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
