Position Summary
The Compliance Assistant will work with a team responsible for providing administrative and compliance support to our Consumer Collections Department. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Retrieve call recordings and conduct daily, weekly and monthly audit of call logs. Prepare call logs for clients and management as needed.</li><li>
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly client reporting and deliverables.</li><li>
Assist with internal audits by compiling data from SQL reports and performing weekly/monthly inspections of data.</li><li>
Assist with incoming mail processing and document scanning.</li><li>
Generate inventory, collector, and client reports weekly and monthly.</li><li>
Update SOP&rsquo;s related to new or updated processes.</li><li>
Additional projects as needed for the functionality with the Consumer Collections Team.</li><li>
Vendor Management Oversight &ndash; assist with compiling updated documentation from vendors for annual risk reviews.</li></ul> 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<ul><li>
2-year associate degree in a related field preferred.</li><li>
Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative support role.</li><li>
Experience working in Banking or Call Center environment preferred.</li><li>
Basic understanding of the litigation process preferred.</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to process a large volume of work efficiently and accurately.</li><li>
Excel knowledge required.</li></ul></div>
