Position Summary:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Trade Relations (Purchasing) and the Production departments.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Assist with setting up new trades including pricing and bid information.</li><li>
Manage the administrative aspects of Variance Purchase Order&rsquo;s (VPO&rsquo;s) and Purchase Orders (PO&rsquo;s)</li><li>
Maintain productive relationships with Construction staff and Trade Partners.</li><li>
Maintain the work schedule and process schedule delays (Slot Schedule)</li><li>
Generate Plan Change Requests and manage vendor reassignments</li><li>
Enter monthly and quarterly pricing in bid files</li><li>
Run insurance reports and manage Certificate of Insurance files</li><li>
Process subcontractor invoices.</li><li>
Place orders for utilities</li><li>
Review estimates with new communities</li><li>
Assemble house files and homeowner packets</li><li>
Manage samples from model home selections</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Minimum Job Requirements:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Education:</div><br>

High School diploma</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Experience:</div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
2+ years office administrative experience.</li><li>
Experience in homebuilding industry preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Computer Skills:</div><br>

Microsoft Office</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
