What will you be doing?
The purpose of this role is to execute marketing strategies and tactical plans that promotes S&amp;N product superiority. It involves coordinating with the Regional Marketing Managers, to drive revenue and market share for the Division and maintain customer relations with major accounts while driving the customer requirements back into the Company. The Product Specialist will be selling unique patented devices and implants in theatre directly to opinion leading surgeons.
What will you need to be successful?
<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor.
</li><li>Conduct product presentations to different customers level for example physicians, nurses, purchasers, and decision makers.
</li><li>Conduct product training.
</li><li>Assist in the identification and assessment of the field and marketing support needs and making recommendation to management when appropriate.
</li><li>Maintain a strong relationship with the Business Unit staff and regional marketing managers.
</li><li>Function as a communication link between the marketing organization and the Business Unit to resolve problems, quality issues, manufacturing defects, and other related issues.
</li><li>Ability to scrub and be present in the theatre and assist or advise the physician in S&amp;N product implant, usage, and techniques.
</li><li>Facilitate the implementation and adoption of marketing strategies and tactics and customer education programs at country level.
</li></ul>Successful candidates would need the following:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree relating to, medical or equivalent.
</li><li>One year experience in product marketing
</li><li>In-theatre and or clinical marketing experience would be ideal.
</li><li>The ability to communicate in Arabic and English

The Director, IBP (Integrated Business Planning) , acts as the architect, teacher, conductor, and enabler of the Smith+Nephew IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process. This role leads the deployment of formal SIOP/IBP governance, drives maturity toward end-to-end IBP, and enables integration of advanced planning technology and analytics. This role ensures global revenue, unit demand plans, supply plans, and inventory are optimized to meet business objectives while aligning stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
What will you need to be successful?
<ul><li>Drive IBP maturity and standard governance across business units and geographies.
</li><li>Define and manage IBP process design, success measures, and interaction with adjacent processes.
</li><li>Benchmark process maturity versus industry peers and thought leaders.
</li><li>Align processes, organizational roles, and enabling technology to support business outcomes.
</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders across functions and levels to drive alignment and shared outcomes.
</li><li>Ensure IBP processes proactively surface trade-offs (investments, service, inventory) for decision-making.
</li><li>Facilitate problem-solving with global manufacturing and demand planning teams leading to standard process improvements.
</li><li>Deploy and enable process technology to maximize data transparency and eliminate non-value-add steps.
</li><li>Document process design and maintain the IBP/SIOP Playbook; assess and improve process maturity.
</li><li>Define IBP key metrics; track benefits and improvements in service, inventory, revenue, and cost.
</li><li>Conduct change impact, risk/benefits, and interdependency analyses in collaboration with SMEs.
</li><li>Support hiring, training, and onboarding of IBP/SIOP coordinators across regions.
</li><li>Define competency models and assessment criteria for planning roles; provide coaching and development.
</li><li>Lead through influence in a matrixed environment; may have direct or dotted-line reports.
</li><li>Performs other duties as required
</li></ul>Location: Andover, MA, Fort Worth, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Memphis, TN, US - Field / Remote
Education: Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred; Master's degree preferred
What will you need to be successful?
<ul><li>10+ years in Supply Chain Planning including IBP/SIOP governance.
</li><li>Proven track record of global process implementation and technology enablement (Kinaxis, SAP/Oracle).
</li><li>Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

</li><li>Process definition, mapping, analysis, implementation; project/program management across geographies.
</li><li>Analytics and problem-solving; ability to balance competing interests and resource constraints.
</li><li>Change management; ability to leverage technology innovation; thought leadership to anticipate future needs.

<ul><li>The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $181,500 -$213,500 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
