What will you be doing?

</li></ul>The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $71,000 - $107,000USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Account Manager, Post Acute NPWT (Las Vegas, NV)

This position requires a person to transform components from a machined state to a complete, finished product while working in a team environment. Must be able to comply with all governing rules including Smith &amp; Nephew policies and procedures and adhere to safety and cleanliness practices in the workplace. This position works under close supervision.
What will you be doing?
<ul><li>Assemble and deburr sub-assembly components by means of basic finishing processes such as bending, fitting, grinding, sharpening, deburring, bead blasting, tumbling, and basic blending and polishing.
</li><li>Use microscopes and other optical and mechanical devices in coordination for finishing.
</li><li>Perform simple measurements using micrometers, verniers and optical comparators.
</li><li>Operate electro-polish, bead-blast, heat treat, cleaning and degreasing equipment.

Laboratory Validation Specialist
The Laboratory Validation Specialist is responsible for validations supporting the Quality Control laboratories. Primarily the role is responsible for the validation, verification, and/or qualification of test methods used in the laboratories, analytical instruments, and computerized systems used in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.  What will you be doing?
 
 
 
 As a member of the Sports Medicine Sales Team, the ASR will work with a team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. Within those accounts, the ASR will be responsible for assisting in providing clinical case coverage in the operating room, securing inventory for those cases, observing, and consulting the surgical team on Smith+Nephew instrumentation and implants and completing the logistical requirement associated with those cases. This position will work collaboratively with the Sales Reps within the territory as well as key orthopedic surgeons, hospital and OR staff, administrators, and clinicians. The position requires the ability to assimilate and learn a high level of technical information as it relates to surgery and procedures.

As a Biologics Account Manager, you will be responsible for exceeding your sales quota and growing the Sports Medicine Biologics business within your territory. You will be a product consultant in the Sports Medicine Biologics portfolio specializing in both Biologics and Sports Medicine soft tissue injury repair.
What will you be doing?
Using your expertise, you will convert physicians/accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room while also training surgeons on Smith+Nephew products through education/programs in your territory. This position will work collaboratively with key orthopedic surgeons, hospital and OR staff, administrators, and clinicians. You will work cross-divisionally to increase awareness and adoption of products including the Sports Medicine Biologics product portfolio.

<ul><li>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
</li><li>Minimum 6 years direct sales experience with 4 years in medical device industry preferred
</li><li>Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital, including surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, bio-med and information systems preferred.
</li><li>Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
</li><li>Proven success in achieving quota year over year.
</li><li>Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives
</li></ul>Travel Requirements: within designated sales territory with 1-3 overnights a week depending on the geography of the territory. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences
All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for sales commission and incentives based on set targets. The commission earned will depend on the candidate&rsquo;s performance in the role. The Field Logistics Specialist is an on-site member of the Logistics Team in a District Sales Office. This person will provide logistical support to the Sales Reps as well as excellent customer service to the hospital staff that will differentiate Smith &amp; Nephew from their competitors.
The Field Logistics Specialist will focus on product delivery, re-stocking and maintaining inventory levels, and re-setting instruments pre-and post-surgery. Will acquire a good working knowledge of company products, operating systems and procedures is critical.
What will you be doing?
<ul><li>Plans, schedules, and prioritizes upcoming surgery procedures that will be needed form the district office. Assign local pickups and deliveries with respect to time-sensitivity of each and distances to be traveled to mobile field logistics personnel.
</li><li>Assures necessary paperwork is processed for shipments handled.
</li><li>Develop and maintain working knowledge of existing products and new product introductions (instruments and implants) to effectively function in the field regarding proper delivery and pickups. Ability to proactively identify errors and omissions in deliveries/ pickups to eliminate redundancy in required stops.
</li><li>Communicates effectively and professionally with Office Staff, Sales Representatives and all third-party end-users, including but not limited to Hospital Receiving, Central Processing, and Operating Room Staff. Fields customer complaints and communicates them as necessary to OSC ( Operation Service Center ) staff.
</li><li>Dress in a professional manner as a representative of the company, this may entail wearing Smith and Nephew logoed apparel at the discretion of supervising manager
</li><li>When not directly engaged in courier responsibilities assist in Office, Sales and OSC ( Operation Service Center ) duties as required.
</li><li>Works with the District OSC ( Operation Service Center ) staff and Inventory Specialist in analyzing and deciding the best options for local delivery based on time, cost, and vehicle availability, with respect to multiple locations and extremely time-sensitive shipments.
</li><li>Routes shipments via the most appropriate method and confirms updated delivery
</li><li>Carries cellular phone on person at all times in order to communicate effectively regarding pickups and deliveries. Overtime / call will be required to accommodate emergency situations and facilitate changing surgical schedules.
