Job Summary: 

We're looking for a strong communicator and educator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs for our customer-base. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be results-driven. They must have a passion for creativity, collaboration, content creation and communications. You will be responsible for setting up our new brokers for success through educating on SmithRx products and platform, including savings programs and opportunities, reports and data such as QBR's, invoicing, rebates, self-service products, and the SmithRx value proposition. You will be working within our Customer Success team supporting client &quot;activation&quot; to ensure they fulfill their potential as a SmithRx partner.

This role reports to the Manager of Client Training and Enablement and will be responsible for executing on strategies to enable our Clients (brokers and partners) and Customer Success teams to effectively communicate SmithRx's value proposition and platform.

What you will do:

Job Summary:

SmithRx is looking for a highly motivated member support team member who specializes in delivering world class customer service experiences while managing various channels of customer support: phone calls, chat, email, etc. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting multiple member interactions simultaneously. As a Multichannel Member Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that members receive the best service possible regarding their pharmacy benefits.

What you will do:

<li>Answer and support member interactions; ranging from but not limited to inbound &amp; outbound calls, online chat, email, and text messaging to and from members, physicians and pharmacies while delivering a world class member experience.</li>
<li>Manage simultaneous interactions specific to online chat and text messaging</li>

Job Summary: 
The Clinical Strategy Pharmacist will support the clinical strategy team to expand drug pathways and clinical programs. They will interface and partner with internal teams across the organization (sales, analytics, clinical, marketing, etc.). In this role you will also be responsible for offering clinical insight to the sales team promptly so they can rapidly respond to clinical questions during the pre-sales process. You will bring strong industry and product knowledge and serve as a trusted advisor and business partner for the sales and marketing departments. This individual is relied upon to provide proactive information regarding pharmacy trends, programs, and industry changes to the sales, marketing, and other relevant internal departments. This role will also interact with external partners as needed to support clinical programs.

The Customer Success Team is focused on helping SmithRx's clients derive the full value of their PBM services. You will bring strong industry and product knowledge and serve as a trusted partner to the Account Management team in support of your client's operational leadership. The Account Coordinator begins involvement with their client at implementation kick-off and is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the client success plan.

What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Act as a designated support resource for assigned Account Managers</li>
<li>Act as a part of a designated account team for specific key clients</li>
<li>Responsible for working directly with clients on outstanding client and member items</li>
<li>Responsible for compiling and presenting outstanding client and member items during internal and external meetings</li>
<li>Complete reporting and data requirements based on client and team needs</li>
<li>Responsible for troubleshooting escalated items related to claims, eligibility, and general account maintenance</li>
<li>Responsible for completing data audit requests</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc projects assigned by leaders</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams for client issue resolution</li>
<li>Engage to creatively and appropriately find solutions to client and team needs</li>
</ul>
What you will bring to SmithRx:
<ul>
<li>2-3 years operational or customer service/support experience in the PBM or health care industries</li>
<li>Microsoft Office experience: strong with Excel, Word, PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage several tasks and competing priorities</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and articulate complex data, member scenarios effectively</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-starter and self-motivator</li>
<li>Positive, growth mindset</li>
<li>Ability to work well with cross functional teams and clients</li>
<li>Ability to handle and work with ambiguous instructions</li>
<li>Prior experience working directly with Director to C suite level executives</li>
