Job Summary: 
The Clinical Strategy Pharmacist will support the clinical strategy team to expand drug pathways and clinical programs. They will interface and partner with internal teams across the organization (sales, analytics, clinical, marketing, etc.). In this role you will also be responsible for offering clinical insight to the sales team promptly so they can rapidly respond to clinical questions during the pre-sales process. You will bring strong industry and product knowledge and serve as a trusted advisor and business partner for the sales and marketing departments. This individual is relied upon to provide proactive information regarding pharmacy trends, programs, and industry changes to the sales, marketing, and other relevant internal departments. This role will also interact with external partners as needed to support clinical programs. 

What you will do:

<li>Independently manage tasks and projects to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Provide excellent written and verbal communication to internal teams as the clinical subject matter expert.</li>
<li>Support the clinical strategy team to enhance drug pathways and clinical programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across the organization for clinical program development and expansions.</li>
<li>Provide clinical insights for presentations and responses in the pre-sales process and new client implementation. Join sales and implementation calls when clinical insight is needed.</li>
<li>Create, update, and provide clinical input for marketing materials for members, brokers, and marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Evaluate trends in the market and work with data teams to analyze claims and model savings for clinical programs for potential and active clients.</li>
</ul>
What you will bring to SmithRx:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's and Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, RPh or PharmD</li>
<li>Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (any state)</li>
<li>3+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist in managed care or a managed care residency required</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication (including developing &amp; delivering formal presentations) and interpersonal skills required</li>
<li>Self-driven, results-oriented work ethic with a positive outlook</li>
<li>Ability to take initiative unprompted</li>
<li>Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to ensure all deadlines are met</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners, even under the stress of a fast-paced business environment</li>
<li>Travel up to 10%</li>

Job Summary:

The Customer Success Team is focused on helping SmithRx's clients derive the full value of their PBM services. We build and manage effective relationships with our customers' operational leadership, communicating the value of our services in the context of customers' business goals with the goal of retaining high performing, satisfied customers. We identify risks to client satisfaction proactively and collaborate across product and operational lines to tenaciously pursue solutions and advocate for our clients.

As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers. You will bring strong industry and product knowledge and serve as a trusted partner to the Account Management team in support of your client's operational leadership. The Account Coordinator begins involvement with their client at implementation kick-off and is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the client success plan.

What you will do:

<li>Act as a designated support resource for assigned Account Managers</li>
<li>Act as a part of a designated account team for specific key clients</li>
<li>Responsible for working directly with clients on outstanding client and member items</li>
<li>Responsible for compiling and presenting outstanding client and member items during internal and external meetings</li>
<li>Complete reporting and data requirements based on client and team needs</li>
<li>Responsible for troubleshooting escalated items related to claims, eligibility, and general account maintenance</li>
<li>Responsible for completing data audit requests</li>
<li>Support ad-hoc projects assigned by leaders</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams for client issue resolution</li>
<li>Engage to creatively and appropriately find solutions to client and team needs</li>
</ul>
What you will bring to SmithRx:

<li>2-3 years operational or customer service/support experience in the PBM or health care industries</li>
<li>Microsoft Office experience: strong with Excel, Word, PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage several tasks and competing priorities</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and articulate complex data, member scenarios effectively</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
