Job Description 
You will be responsible for providing provide Commercial Sales support to designated Customers within a specific Sales Team (and the external John Crane Sales &amp; Service personnel who support them). This support will cover such things as dealing with RFQ&rsquo;s, assigning product codes were required, Contract review and Order Entry onto our Business system (SAP), expediting to delivery and all post-delivery queries, so owning the demand from cradle to grave.

Understand standard drawings depicting our Products and clearly specify any change to these designs and/or a detail component drawing utilising the preferred systems within the Company;</li><li>
Manage the cradle to grave lifetime of the order</li><li>
Work closely and professionally with other JC personnel and Departments to ensure you get all the required assistance to respond to your Customer, in an informative and timely manner;</li><li>
To produce high quality and timely Quotations / Bids for any product type. This could be variable in content and level;</li><li>
To manage any revisions to the bids and liaise with External Sales personnel and others to manage these revision responses within the times requested and at a level of detail at, or preferably above what would be deemed required by the Customer;</li><li>
Commercial selection of product from given data for the full JC product range;</li><li>
To partake in, and manage as and when required, to a complete resolution for account and credit queries, returned goods for inspection / report, customer complaints;</li><li>
Customer visits as and when required in support of sales initiatives and improved Customer relationships.</li></ul> 
Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role, within a customer facing environment &ndash; ideally within a technical / engineering sales environment</li><li>
Technical / engineering background &ndash; an asset;</li><li>
ERP systems experience, preferably SAP</li><li>
Experience with providing commercial sales support</li><li>

Job Description 
You&rsquo;ll need to be team oriented and flexible, with a really good approach to electronic repair and troubleshooting. You&rsquo;ll be cross-trained on our products and you&rsquo;ll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly.
You&rsquo;ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers.

Job Description 
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a key role that supports the delivery of efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR services across the full employee lifecycle.
What you will be doing:

This position requires daily travel to locations in and around the San Francisco area, including the airport.

Education/Training:

Job Description 
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for providing onsite service, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and technical support for turbomachinery products and associated systems at customer sites. The role supports operational reliability, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and business growth through high-quality field service execution and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>
Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities at customer sites.</li><li>
Ensure all service activities are completed safely, on time, and in line with HSE and company standards.</li><li>
Prepare service reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.</li><li>
Support customers with technical solutions and operational guidance.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support business opportunities.</li><li>
Provide technical support and training to customers when required.</li><li>
Travel across KSA to support field service activities, including remote locations.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>
Experience in field service, rotating equipment, or turbomachinery is preferred.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of compressors, pumps, seals, and associated systems is an advantage.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>
Willingness to travel extensively within KSA.</li></ul>
