Job Description 
Providing technical leadership across large installations and projects, you&rsquo;ll bring a strong electronic technical problem-solving mentality and exceptional product knowledge. You&rsquo;ll need to be a great communicator, happy to act and take ownership of technical challenges &ndash; and be comfortable involving the right people to get the job done.
In addition to providing leadership to junior colleagues, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for planning and executing technical installations, resolving technical issues and driving customer satisfaction. That means making sure you keep up-to-date on the technical aspects of all products, acting as a champion for a specific product or range:
You&rsquo;ll also be expected to:<ul><li>
Make technical contributions across design, quality assurance, manufacture, installation and commissioning, operation or maintenance of Explosive Trace Detection, X-ray, CT or AMD products, equipment, systems, processes or services.</li><li>
Maximise the customer&rsquo;s operational performance and providing customer assistance where required</li><li>
Assesses product/equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements</li><li>
Work with third parties to resolve technical issues</li><li>
Document process and procedures and create troubleshooting job aids</li><li>
Inform all stakeholders of technical service issues</li></ul>
You&rsquo;ll be working with customers and colleagues across different departments including management, R&amp;D, technical resources, and sales and marketing. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours. 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Able to drive results, you should have an Associate degree or related experience, along with the aptitude to learn specialized software programs.</li><li>
Your experience should include troubleshooting, field repair or technical support activities centered on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment.</li></ul>

Job Description 
To promote and sell John Crane products and services and other product range to meet and exceed sales targets.<ul><li>Manage and maintain all aspects of customer contracts</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for contract‑related matters</li><li>Pursue sales leads and conduct regular customer visits (existing and new)Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and services</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical and commercial support</li><li>Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial quotations with internal teams</li><li>Promote John Crane technologies, service solutions, and offerings across all KSA accounts</li><li>Support tender reviews and collaborate with Customer Service and Logistics to define pricing</li><li>Conduct customer training and assist with troubleshooting at customer sites</li><li>Coordinate logistics, expedite urgent material requirements, and resolve rejections</li><li>Manage all account activities through the CRM system (C4C) with full compliance</li><li>Support cash collection activities and internal departments to meet customer expectations</li><li>Work with Engineering teams on investigations, recommendations, and proposal development</li></ul>
Gather and share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with strong technical understanding of John Crane products</li><li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in engineering and technical sales within multinational or multicultural environments</li><li>Strong account management, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, with disciplined CRM usage (SAP C4C preferred)</li><li>Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage; committed to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance</li></ul>

Job Description 
You&rsquo;ll need to be team oriented and flexible, with a really good approach to electronic repair and troubleshooting. You&rsquo;ll be cross-trained on our products and you&rsquo;ll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly.
You&rsquo;ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfaction</li><li>
Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as required</li><li>
Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work</li><li>
Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers</li><li>
Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements</li></ul>
You&rsquo;ll be working primarily with Trace and X-ray equipment, and work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours. 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
You should have an Associate degree or a Trade Certification Level 3 Engineering qualification.</li><li>
Your experience should ideally include working in a related electrical or mechanical field service role. You should have some experience in troubleshooting and field repair.</li><li>
This role is based in Alexandria, Egypt</li></ul>
