Job Description 
Manufacturing Engineer is accountable for improving and maintaining first pass yield for specified parts and/or processes. This is accomplished by driving continuous improvement initiatives, process development/modification, documentation of standards/best practices, and equipment onboarding/troubleshooting. Candidate shall also support the machine shop by providing technical support, process improvement, troubleshooting, and coordination of tooling, equipment, and workflow needs to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Candidate shall also support cross functional initiatives with Production, Quality and Purchasing departments to meet company goals and product quality standards.
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Troubleshooting of quality issues throughout the production process: CNC machining, metal forming, inspection, measurement equipment</li><li>
Use continuous improvement and lean techniques to increase production efficiency, eliminate waste, and drive cost savings opportunities.</li><li>
Support production staff with specification/technical knowledge, inspection techniques, CNC Machining consumables management and day-to-day trouble shooting efforts.</li><li>
Documentation and standardization of processes via work instructions and operating instructions to increase efficiency, facilitate cross-training and enable proper equipment usage.</li><li>
Equipment and tooling on-boarding into production process to support new product, process efficiency, ergonomics or safety. Basic troubleshooting, light-level repair and/or export of CNC Machines, inspection equipment and tools</li><li>
Effective communication with production employees, management staff and cross-functional team to ensure the alignment of efforts to meet company goals.</li><li>
Conduct classes and trainings to support continuous improvements efforts and product quality i.e. Visual Inspection and Back-to-Basics courses.</li><li>
Manage operator qualifications to ensure production staff is qualified to perform given tasks.</li><li>

Qualifications

Job Description 
You will be responsible for providing provide Commercial Sales support to designated Customers within a specific Sales Team (and the external John Crane Sales &amp; Service personnel who support them). Qualifications 
Education/Training:

HIRING SALARY RANGE: The compensation for this position ranges from $67,760 - $91,630 $/yr (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant and alignment with internal and market data.) Job Description 
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for providing onsite service, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and technical support for turbomachinery products and associated systems at customer sites. The role supports operational reliability, customer satisfaction, safety compliance, and business growth through high-quality field service execution and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>
Perform installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities at customer sites.</li><li>
Ensure all service activities are completed safely, on time, and in line with HSE and company standards.</li><li>
Prepare service reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.</li><li>
Support customers with technical solutions and operational guidance.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support business opportunities.</li><li>
Provide technical support and training to customers when required.</li><li>
Travel across KSA to support field service activities, including remote locations.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>
Experience in field service, rotating equipment, or turbomachinery is preferred.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of compressors, pumps, seals, and associated systems is an advantage.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>
Willingness to travel extensively within KSA.</li></ul>
